(A)           Perspectiv, Inc., a Delaware corporation respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this                privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), as may be referred to in other Company documentation, including but not limited to the Terms                of Use). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit                    the website at https://www.getperspectiv.com and all related subdomains (“Website”) to access our Services (as defined in the                  Terms of Use) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing such information.

(B)           This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect on the Website:

(i)             when you browse our Website, or 

(ii)            when you create a Perspectiv Account (as defined in the Terms of Use), or

(iii)           in emails and other electronic messages between you and the Company.

(C)           It does not apply to information:

(i)             collected by the Company offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by the                             Company or any third party; or 

(ii)            any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or on the Website.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your remedy is to not access and use the Website. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will use our best effort to provide email notice to any registered users about the changes to our Privacy Policy. (i)             by which you may be personally identified, such as name, profile picture, age/birthday, e-mail address, telephone                         number or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“Personal Information”);

(ii)            that is about you but individually does not identify you; and

(iii)          about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access the Website, and usage details. 

(B)           We collect this information:

(i)             directly from you when you provide it to us;

(ii)            automatically as you navigate through the Website. Information collected automatically may include usage details,                       device ID, locations, and IP addresses;

(C)           The information we collect through the Website may include:

(i)             information that you provide by filling in forms on the Website. This includes information provided at the time of                            registering for an Account;

(ii)            information you provide when you report a problem with the Website;

(v)           for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information, or

(vi)          with your consent.

(B)           We may also disclose your Personal Information:

(i)            to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request,

(iii)          if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Perspectiv, its affiliates,                 other Perspectiv users, or others.

VI. Data Retention and Security of Your Information

(A)           We generally retain your information as long as you keep your account open or as needed to provide you our Services. This                      includes data you or others provided to us and data generated or inferred from your use of our Services.

(B)           You may delete your account by clicking here. After deleting your account, we may retain information about you for the                                purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy unless prohibited by law. For example, we may retain information to prevent,                          investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services or to comply with legal obligations. We may also                      maintain residual copies of your Personal Information in our backup systems. 

(C)           We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized                        access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us will be saved in encrypted format on our secure servers.                All transactions will be encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

(D)          There would be no public access to any of the bucket where the files and databases are stored.

(E)           Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your                  Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to the Company. Any                                  transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or                        security measures contained on the Website.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would                             violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
