This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit                    the website at and all related subdomains (“Website”) to access our Services (as defined in the                  Terms of Use) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing such information.

(ii)            when you create a Perspectiv Account (as defined in the Terms of Use), or

In contrast to Cookies, which are                       stored on a computer’s hard drive or web browser, they are embedded invisibly in web pages. (iv)          to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it,

(v)           for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information, or

(vi)          with your consent.

(B)           We may also disclose your Personal Information:

(i)            to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request,

(iii)          if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Perspectiv, its affiliates,                 other Perspectiv users, or others.

VI. Data Retention and Security of Your Information

(A)           We generally retain your information as long as you keep your account open or as needed to provide you our Services. This                      includes data you or others provided to us and data generated or inferred from your use of our Services.

(B)           You may delete your account at After deleting your account, we may retain                       information about you for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy unless prohibited by law. For example, we may                         retain information to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services or to comply with                         legal obligations. We may also maintain residual copies of your Personal Information in our backup systems. 

(C)           We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized                        access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us will be saved in encrypted format on our secure servers.                All transactions will be encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

(D)          There would be no public access to any of the bucket where the files and databases are stored.

(E)           Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your                  Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to the Company. Any                                  transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or                        security measures contained on the Website.
